Hello Everyone, Here is what we covered today: Class Period 2: 1) We went over all the Weslandia Part 2 vocabulary, from #1-30: 1.   tuber  (n.)- an underground stem that is short, thick, and round. New stems that grow above the ground can grow from buds on tubers. Potatoes are tubers. 2.   seasoning  (n.)- something that is added to food to make it taste better.
